Digital Experience Manager-Remote Indiana-US Remote
(Preferred candidate would be in the state of Indiana)
JOB PROFILE SUMMARY:
As a key member of the Commercial Marketing organization and Digital Customer Experience Team, the Digital Manager is responsible for the quality and functionality of Allegion’s Commercial public websites. To support this, the position utilizes performance analytics to provide guidance to the wider organization on content development strategies and implementation tactics. The Digital Manager also plays a vital role in networking with internal stakeholders to understand business strategy pipelines and facilitating synergies across product and go-to-market teams, delivering on business requests while advising on content efficiencies.
What You Will Do:
Drives quality control of all content, linkages, and supported documents. Leading team in identifying and rectifying issues, bugs, or errors.
Oversee major content adjustments and/or additions, partnering with external agency and internal teams to ensure on time launch of planned efforts.
Lead brand teams and channel team, understanding objectives and identifying and implementing synergies across business on the commercial web eco-system.
Support website analytic deployment and evaluation, driving usage insights and revising strategies as needed.
Partner with external agency, leveraging expertise where beneficial, while demonstrating good stewardship of budget and business objectives.
Track and report asset performance across organization marketing efforts, ensuring effective asset deployment and provide reporting to relevant internal teams.
What You Need to Succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field
5 years of marketing or brand management experience
Proven track record translating market and customer research to business strategy
Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions (product leaders, sales, channel & vertical marketing, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage creative output with both strategy (fits with brand expression and objectives) and executional detail (costs, timing, consequences, overruns, capability assessments).
Ability to express complex topics in a simple, straightforward manner.
Experience managing budget reviews to manage monthly costs and year-to-date finances.
Ability to travel up to 5%.

Compensation: This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
The expected Base Salary Range: $79,000 to $146,900. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
