Allegion IT Site Lead in Princeton, Illinois

Main Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Work with business partners to review and prioritize requirements periodically.

  • Gather business requirements and convert them into an IT Requirement. (Business Analysis)

  • Perform basic functional ERP troubleshooting.

  • Assure support incidents to be delivered within SLA (Service Level Agreement) standards.

  • Work and engage the partner IT departments (network, server, Security, etc.) when required.

  • Support Corporate IT Initiatives deployment and implementation.

  • Active participation in the plant continuous improvement activities.

  • Assure excellent continuous communication with business about their request status, deliverables and schedule.

  • Management and administration of on-site and remote support teams.

  • Assure all requirements follow corporate change management process.

  • Assure all IT processes and changes follow the Sarbanes Oxley standards.

  • Perform Impact Assessments, Sarbanes Oxley audits including segregation of duties, roles and responsibilities.

  • Perform frequent 1:1 conversation with team members about their Performance and Growth objectives.

  • Periodically review and sense team engagement, and work with them in improvement actions.

Job Requirements:

  • Good team lead/supervisor experience.

  • Basic project management skills.

  • Flexibility to support operations after hours when required.

  • Minimal travel requirements.

  • Experience with creating basic system queries and reports.

  • Good overall functional knowledge of MFG/PRO systems modules.

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in large manufacturing operations.

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and ERP’s overall functionality.

  • Software Development Lifecycle management methodology (SureStep, AIM, Waterfall);
