Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Customer service is a key part of our business. Reporting to the Contact Management Supervisor, the Bilingual Customer Service Representative will leverage their knowledge while working closely with internal departments to deliver a superior customer experience. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment, this is the role for you.
What You Will Do:
Assist homeowners with installation and warranty related questions
Communicate directly with commercial customers to address inquiries relating to order status, pricing, availability, warranty replacements and product returns
Document all customer interactions into the CRM database
Work closely with internal departments ensuring customer requests and concerns are addressed in a timely manner
What You Will Need:
Bilingual in both French and English
2 years related customer service experience preferred
Proven time management skills to effectively handle overlapping tasks
Excellent written and verbal communications skills to clearly articulate solutions
Effective listening and problem-solving techniques
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, ERP and CRM programs is an asset
Post-Secondary Education or equivalent years of experience
