Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Customer service is a key part of our business. Reporting to the Contact Management Supervisor, the Bilingual Customer Service Representative will leverage their knowledge while working closely with internal departments to deliver a superior customer experience. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment, this is the role for you.

Compensation:

$45,000-50,000/year

What You Will Do:

  • Assist homeowners with installation and warranty related questions

  • Communicate directly with commercial customers to address inquiries relating to order status, pricing, availability, warranty replacements and product returns

  • Document all customer interactions into the CRM database

  • Work closely with internal departments ensuring customer requests and concerns are addressed in a timely manner

What You Will Need:

  • Bilingual in both French and English

  • 2 years related customer service experience preferred

  • Proven time management skills to effectively handle overlapping tasks

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills to clearly articulate solutions

  • Effective listening and problem-solving techniques

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, ERP and CRM programs is an asset

  • Post-Secondary Education or equivalent years of experience
