Allegion 3PL Specialist in Ensenada, Mexico

Responsible to develop, update and / or update all processes definition, procedures and work instructions related to SOMI operations.

Responsible of training suppliers, planners and 3PL personal in all process and systems relates to 3PL.

Responsible for information with interphase to iSupplier portal has the right set up and that all parties involved maintain the system in the right shape.

Review and update Attachment "A" for vendors participating in the 3PL program to maintain proper performance of the region.

Must make sure a Management for Daily Improvement is implemented to manage the process.

Makes sure the manual process of system fulfillment is followed and escalation processes is activated in case needed.

Controls and monitors 3PL Locations availability and take action on any constrains.

Create and ensures compliance to budget related to 3PL activities including exceptions like demurrage cost and escalate expenses increments.

3PL specialist is responsible to keep updated with company future growth and the inventory model needs and activate the right level of leadership to anticipate space shortages.

3PL specialist is responsible for 3PL inventory levels design, warehouse management, information exchange and program cost for new vendors

Is responsible to fallow managements changes as phase in and phase out, making sure are correctly reflected in the Attachments A and fallow on weekly management.
