Front line leader 6 Plug Broaching (1st Shift)
This position has responsibilities in administration, production, machine and process set-up, workflow, work scheduling, work assignments. Leads team members in the production of machined parts, assignments, and specific tasks for the department.
What You Will Do:
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities in machining areas will also include machining, troubleshooting, cutting tool geometry, mechanical inspection, CNC programming, and tool ordering.
Maintains organized and accurate records for the department.
Assigns tasks to other workers based on workflow and staffing availability.
Assists the facilitator in various departmental duties including special projects and process improvements.
Maintains a daily record of production, scrap, and rework.
Assists workers in performance of duties and troubleshooting equipment and processes to solve work problems.
Ensures associates comply with standards and safety rules.
Assists in identification and development of process improvements.
Performs production work of any station as needed.
Conducts quality audits.
Responsible for ordering supplies and monitoring production material levels.
What You Need to Succeed:
Must be able to perform the functions of the positions in the department to which assigned.
Available to perform overtime if needed.
Ability to communicate effectively, including both verbal and written English.
Must have good listening skills and the ability to work effectively with team members.
Must possess basic math and reading skills.
Prior experience and understanding of PC’s are required.
Must be able to work wearing appropriate protective equipment,
Demonstrates knowledge of MSDS in working near hazardous chemicals.
Ability to operate a pallet jack.
Must be able to be cross trained in all departments.

Compensation:
This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
- The expected Base Hourly Range: $22.71- $35.48. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
